In addition to CBT Mihai is trained to advanced level in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and completed training in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy both of which have increasing evidence base for anxiety and mood disorders
Mihai also has a background in acting and has worked with some of the countries leading drama schools and British Association of Performing Arts Medicine helping with mental health issues. He is an associate lecturer on the MSC in Performing Arts Medicine at UCL and regularly teaches on Doctoral Training Courses for Psychology.
In 2015 Mihai’s contribution to working with Stroke patients with a range of mental health issues was recognised with a Professional Excellence Award from the Stroke Association.
